As Nous Group’s international influence and network continues to grow, we are pleased to announce the promotion of 43 Nousers across Australia, the United Kingdom and Canada.

The latest promotions round includes the appointment of three new Principals, nine new Directors, seven new Managers and 22 new Senior Consultants, as well as two promotions in our corporate team.

“At Nous, we are committed to helping our clients and our people achieve a bigger idea of success,” Managing Principal and CEO Tim Orton said. “For our people, that means providing them with the opportunity and support to grow at a pace that enables them to realise their personal and professional aspirations.

“We congratulate all our newly promoted Nousers on their career progression and look forward to supporting their ambitions in 2023.”

Reflecting our commitment to gender equity, 22 of the promotions are women and 21 are men.

The promotions come as Nous launches a refreshed leadership framework to guide a consistent experience for teams and clients internationally.

“Effective leadership is always evolving and the past couple of years have highlighted just how quickly that evolution can happen,” Tim said. “As we look to the new year, the time is right to refresh our leadership framework, ensuring it continues to meet the needs of our teams and enables them to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.”

The new framework, Nous Leadership Way, explores four leadership dimensions – Spirit, Service, Performance and Collaboration. Nous leaders across the UK, Canada and Australia have taken part in intensive leadership immersion sessions throughout the year to embed the program’s philosophy and practices.

“Investment in leadership and the growth of our people is always a strategic priority at Nous – it’s what makes our culture, employee and client experience unique,” Tim added.
