Antonia is an experienced leader and strategist specialising in not-for-profit organisations, having developed and delivered successful growth, transformation and people programs for government, universities and non-government organisations (NGOs).
Clients appreciate her strong stakeholder engagement abilities and effective project leadership and management skills. Antonia’s people focus and analytical problem-solving capabilities make her adept at identifying and delivering strategic change initiatives for clients.

Influential work

  • Led the review and redesign of the operating model and service delivery model for professional services in a leading UK universities
  • Provided leadership development and coaching to executive boards, non-executive directors and leadership cohorts in government, arm’s length bodies, universities and NGOs
  • Designed the target operating model for a $500m turnover NGO, including elements focused on service delivery to millions of end users each year and service support for the 10,000-person workforce
  • Provided PMO and programme support for transformation programmes in higher education, government and NGOsto ensure targeted benefits are realised
  • Strengthened equity and inclusion in organisations through diagnostic work, leading blended client-consultant teams to develop anti-racism action plans and designing and implementing measures to increase gender equity and workforce retention.

Outside of Nous

Before joining Nous, Antonia had a first career in the non-profit sector (UK and international), focussed on working with young people and emerging leaders.

Antonia has a Master of Business Administration from Warwick Business School, where she was a scholar, awarded Distinction, graduated top 10 per cent, and named one of Poets & Quants’ “Top 100 MBAs to Watch’ from the worldwide MBA class of 2018”. She also has a Bachelor of Arts from Durham University, where she studied politics, Spanish and theology.

In her spare time...

Antonia is a keen cook, a big fan of walking, swimming and general outdoor pursuits, and a lover of learning languages – Italian is currently in the spotlight.
