Influential Work

Managed an evaluation of a local government homelessness service coordination program, undertaking desktop analysis, stakeholder engagement and performance data analysis to qualify the program’s impact-to-date and recommend improvements
Reviewed the Victorian building system, improving the regulatory framework to promote safer construction practices and better consumer experiences
Managed develop of a new financial and service model to sustainably scale the operations of a not-for-profit organisation (NFP) delivering an School Readiness Funding-eligible relationship-based program supporting kindergarten educators to work with children affected by trauma
Engaged closely with stakeholders to develop an outcomes measurement framework to help court staff measure progress against strategic priorities and improve the court user experience
Through rigorous evaluation, developed a change management plan to establish a human services regulator.

Before joining Nous Kacey worked in the pharmaceuticals industry and in a marketing administration role in the NFP sector. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in history from the University of Melbourne.
