Influential work

  • Conducted qualitative and quantitative analyses for research, investigating the psychological impacts among Australians of remote working conditions due to COVID-19 lockdowns
  • Led the design of an organisational structure for new strategic alignment in the not-for-profit sector, easing overburdening processes and duties for volunteers in human services
  • Assisted in developing and deploying cultural fit surveys for high-risk industry clients in various culture change projects
  • Consulted with SolarBuddy, a social impact organisation driven to end energy poverty, providing technology and impact framework recommendations for new markets across Papua New Guinea & Madagascar.

Outside of Nous

During his study at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) of a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and a Bachelor of Business (management), Matt was a Consulting Director in 180 Degrees Consulting, facilitating and enabling the growth of students gaining consulting experience for not-for-profit and social impact organisations. He is also a representative of the Queensland College of Organisational Psychologists as part of the the Australian Psychological Society, facilitating and growing Queensland’s organisational psychology community.

Matt enjoys seeing live musical performances, playing the occasional video game and spending time with friends, family and his dog Cooper.
