Rishi is an experienced consultant with expertise in strategy development, process optimisation, and transformation.

He has a proven track record in helping clients in the utility industry develop business strategies, review operating models and cost structures, and create roadmaps to inform investment decisions.

Influential Work

Developed the service delivery model, procurement strategy, and business case for a Victorian water utility
Developed the retail strategy for an energy retailer in Queensland to enable a growth in market share
Developed strategy and implementation plan for a Victorian energy distributor for maintaining reliable electricity supply and facilitating the growth of electric vehicles and solar PVs
Designed the operating model of a newly formed Victorian government entity.

Outside of Nous

Rishi previously worked as an engineer in telecommunications with a focus on infrastructure design, management, and deployment. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New South Wales Business School and a Master of Engineering from the University of Melbourne.
