Her background as an Organisational Psychologist shapes her ability to solve complex client challenges and enables her to develop practical, evidence-based and enduring solutions. She works across various sectors and brings considerable expertise in organisational strategy, culture, transformation, organisational design, talent management and leadership strategy, development and assessment.
Tessa has played an active role in enhancing the role of Organisational Psychology across Australia. She is a Board-approved supervisor and provides supervision to budding organisational psychologists across Australia. Prior to Nous, Tessa worked with Newcrest Mining and PeopleScape. She is also a qualified Behavioural Therapist and prior to Nous worked to help children with Autism lead a better life.
A Registered Organisational Psychology, Tessa holds a Master of Psychology (industrial and organisational) from Deakin University, a Bachelor of Applied Science (psychology) (Honours) from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Science (psychology) from the University of Western Australia. She is a member of The Australian Psychological Society and a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society College of Organisational Psychologists. She is also accredited in the Barrett Values Centre Cultural Transformation Tools, Saville WAVE, SHL personality tool (OPQ), Hogan 360 assessment and Hogan personality tools (HPI) (HDS) (MVPI).
Tessa plays women’s AFL and is a qualified snowboard instructor and avid back-country split border. She also runs a snow and street wear brand, Alpine Empire in her spare time.
