Nous is delighted to announce that we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today with Indigenous Professional Services (IPS) to create greater opportunities for Indigenous people, communities and businesses.

The MOU highlights our joint commitment to work together to improve outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Nous Managing Principal & CEO Tim Orton said: “The MOU highlights our commitment to share knowledge and work collaboratively with IPS. We look forward to partnering on joint opportunities; drawing on the strengths and expertise from both companies to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients. Like IPS, Nous is a values-based company that strives to achieve positive impact through the work we do. We are committed to achieving better outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.”

IPS is a majority Indigenous owned organisation formed in 2015 to provide quality consulting services to a range of organisations and to government. Nous and IPS will partner on projects and initiatives to drive and influence policy and strategy at the highest levels of government and businesses around Australia.

IPS Managing Director Katina Law said: “Our two companies come from very different backgrounds but we share the same values and desires around building the capacity of Indigenous communities and increasing opportunities for Indigenous people. For our clients, this partnership will offer a significant increase in capability and experience while at the same time continuing to deliver value for money and confidence in our supply of services.”

The partnership enables governments and organisations to access leading management consulting services and builds supplier diversity and Indigenous engagement opportunities.
