We are thrilled to be recognised as one of Australia’s leading graduate employers, coming in at number eight on GradAustralia’s Top 100 Graduate Employers list and second on GradAustralia’s Top Management Consulting Graduate Employers list.

The 2023 lists, prepared by Prosple, draw on employee reviews, Google search volume and GradAustralia page views to assess the popularity and quality of graduate programs in Australia.

“While we’ve consistently been included in GradAustralia’s annual list, this is the first time we’ve made the top 10 across all employers,” Nous Group Head of Talent Cara Morgan said. “This is a fantastic result and testament to our commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive and rewarding environment for our grads and all employees.”

Based on GradAustralia reviews, we have also been recognised as best in the management consulting industry for culture and diversity.

By the end of April, more than 65 new graduates will have joined Nous as part of our 2023 graduate intake in Australia.

The Australian graduate program is part of our international graduate offer which is designed to attract and develop the best and brightest candidates from around the world.

“The graduate employment landscape has changed dramatically in recent years,” Cara continued. “Today, employers face greater competition so it’s more important than ever that the experience lives up to the offer and graduates are set up for success from day one.”

During their first year at Nous, graduates receive an intensive induction and are supported by mentoring and a range of learning opportunities to quickly become productive and meaningful contributors to teams working on influential nation and business shaping projects.

“Across our international network, we’re focused on ensuring the right onboarding, training and development opportunities are in place to support our new consultants in the early months and years of their professional lives,” said Cara.

Many of our graduates join us from traditional pathways studying commerce or law but we’re always on the lookout for people with a broad range of academic and professional experiences, such as mathematics, science, including environmental science, data analytics, psychology, engineering and technology, to name a few.

“Diversity of perspective and experience is something we celebrate at Nous because it allows us to build stronger teams and deliver bigger thinking for our clients,” Cara added.

Our graduate campaign has already kicked off in the UK and Canada, for roles commencing in the second half of 2023.

The next round of Australian applications opens on Monday 27 February for positions commencing early 2024.
