Alex is an Executive & Project Assistant at Nous. She is a highly experienced project coordinator with over eight years’ experience coordinating and managing implementation of large-scale projects.

She has managed multiple programs of work, including working with Victorian courts and Victorian local councils. Alex is driven and motivated to achieve positive results for her clients and their stakeholders.

Influential work

  • Served as program-manager for a 12-month state-wide program led by Better Regulation Victoria to reform and simplify regulatory practice in various agencies 
  • Program-managed major work by the Victorian Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions to streamline regulation for small businesses; involving resource planning and forecasting, stakeholder engagement; and coordinating contracts, materials and logistics. 
  • Project-coordinated a large service model design project for a new head regional court, coordinating and online event-producing virtual workshops, design critiques and interviews with high profile and sensitive stakeholders 
  • Supported the team that used human-centred and organisational design to understand the needs of injured workers, supporters, representatives, employers and insurers accessing conciliation services and develop new service and operational models. 

In her spare time...

Alex enjoys snowboarding, spending time at the beach and hanging with her family, friends and pet dog Ace.
