He has led numerous engagements in health and human services, government and the broader public sector. Andrew is known for his success managing large and politically sensitive projects, providing clients with tangible and timely results and supporting the development of teams and colleagues. He is a strong communicator in English and French and has basic communication skills in Spanish.
Andrew began his consulting career with KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint’s international development practice, working on assignments in Haiti, Pakistan and Qatar. He then transferred to the domestic health and public sector practice, where he worked on numerous engagements across Canada.
In 2010, Andrew joined KPMG LLP as a senior manager in the public sector practice. There he led assignments involving system and organizational transformation, performance measurement and improvement and strategic and business planning. In 2015 he was seconded to KPMG in the Caribbean, where he built a successful management consulting practice.
Until recently, Andrew was a founding member of KPMG Global’s Centre for Universal Health Coverage (UHC), a global SWAT team mandated to help jurisdictions as they progress to UHC.
Andrew enjoys spending time with his family doing outdoor activities; including skiing, beaching and camping. He loves discovering new places and cultures and has traveled to over 55 countries and lived in three.
