He has had responsibility for whole-of-agency functions including research, evaluation and data analysis, governance and management. He applies this expertise across human services, health sector performance, workplace gender equality and economic statistics.
Prior to joining Nous, Andrew led the Evaluation, Evidence and Research branch of the NSW Department of Communities and Justice with a focus on ensuring that policy and program design is based on a strong evidence base. Prior, he held various federal government roles across the Workplace Gender Equality Agency, the National Health Performance Authority and the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
Andrew holds a Master of Applied Statistics from Macquarie University and is due to complete a Master of Data Science, Strategy and Leadership from RMIT by mid-2021.
When Andrew manages to find some time between parenting, work and study he enjoys playing sport badly and is currently dragging down the quality of futsal and cricket teams in Sydney’s inner-west.
