He is a Registered Psychologist who has worked across public and private sectors in talent management and organisational development. Andrew has experience in leadership assessment and development, program evaluation, workforce strategy, talent management and culture change.

Influential work

  • Supported the operating model design for a Victorian emergency services organisations corporate support services through work effort and functional analysis to inform decisions on the required capability and capacity post-implementation of the re-designed agency
  • Developed strategic and digital leadership for TAFE leaders through designing and delivering a bespoke learning program for senior leaders in a regional Victorian TAFE
  • Managed the design and delivery of a scaffolded leadership development program for over 60 leaders across two business areas in an Australian Government agency to enhance self-awareness, develop leadership skills and demonstrate leadership in complex organisational systems
  • Managed talent acquisition projects to fill critical and necessary workforce gaps for Corrections Victoria and implemented employment programs for students living with a disability to gain work experience and have employment pathways into the Victorian Public Service.

Outside of Nous

Prior to Nous, Andrew worked in talent acquisition with the Victorian Department of Justice and Community Safety, led teams in the mental health and wellbeing sector, and consulted in psychometric testing, leadership development, human factors and process simplification.

Andrew is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and College of Organisational Psychologists and has accreditation in a range of psychometric assessments (MLQ360+; Hogan HPI, HDS, MVPI and 360; and Saville Wave).

In his spare time...

Andrew enjoys walking the dog by the beach, listening to live music and sharing a meal with friends. When he gets the chance, he’s on his motorbike, snowboarding or travelling somewhere new.
