She brings more than 8 years of experience successfully delivering projects to public and private sectors clients in Australia and overseas. Anita is highly experienced in qualitative, quantitative and evaluation research, project, and stakeholder management. She specialises in digital transformation, health and human services and public policy.
Prior to Nous, Anita undertook a PhD on digital health management and integration at Monash university. Her research findings have been presented to and welcomed by academic and non-academic audiences at numerous local and international conferences. Anita is a member of Australian Institute of Digital Health and Healthcare Information and Management Systems (HIMSS).
In addition to her extensive experience in research and project management, Anita has taught at Monash University, encouraging students' critical thinking. She also has experience delivering projects for the Australian Bureau of Statistics and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, as well as experience managing a multidisciplinary team and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects for the Australian Department of Defence and City of Melbourne.
Anita enjoys watching and playing tennis and going for long walks. She volunteers at Brotherhood of St Laurance as a digital literacy trainer.
