Anne Nguyen

• Led the organisational change and implementation of electronic health records in education, which has led to improved organisational data and targeted approaches to enhancing student wellbeing
• Led employee engagement initiatives, supporting management to implement strategies to improve organisational performance, engagement and wellbeing consistent with legislation and work, health and safety practices
• Was involved in stakeholder engagement to develop a model of care for adolescents in mental health units and delivery of school psychology services
• Supported the development of a modified research program for reducing aggression and self-harm for adolescents in hospital, leading to reduced staff and patient injuries and incidences
• Engaged in leadership development and mental resilience programs in Defence.

Prior to joining Nous, Anne worked for NSW Health as a leader in community and adolescent mental health. She also led and supported the school psychology service for the ACT Government. Outside of Nous, Anne is a mental health specialist providing consultation to the community, not-for-profit organisations, and the Mental Health Advisory Board. She is an active member of the Australian Defence Force Reserves and has operational experience.

Anne enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, cultures and cuisines, and running along the coastline.
