- Undertook original archival research as part of his Master of Philosophy thesis at the University of Oxford on Australian foreign and strategic policy as Pacific nations transitioned to independence
- Drafted diplomatic reports on German energy and climate policy, foreign direct investment, and fintech and start-up culture while interning at the Australian Embassy in Berlin, where he also used his advanced German language skills to complete translations and draft a speech for the ambassador.
Outside of Nous
Prior to joining Nous, Ben studied international relations in the United Kingdom, Germany and Australia, while gaining relevant work experience in Melbourne and Berlin.
As an undergraduate, Ben was a volunteer committee member and vice-president of the German Australian Students’ Society.
