Claire graduated from the Australian National University (ANU) with a Bachelor of International Relations, specialising in economics.

With previous consulting experience and working in the federal government, Claire is passionate about connecting with people and working with organisations to develop innovative strategies and solutions for complex problems. 

Influential work

  • Assisted in reviewing a federal government department’s capability for a digital transformation project, developing strategies and insights for a new system’s implementation 
  • Liaised and negotiated with stakeholders to deliver outcomes for a federal government program 
  • Assisted in quantitative and qualitative research within consulting regarding women in higher positions, resulting in retention strategies and an evaluative analysis of how women are impacted in consulting 
  • Volunteered at ACT UN Youth to facilitate student programs about international and domestic issues around inequality and poverty. 

Outside of Nous

Before Nous, Claire had experience in consulting through internships. At EY, she heavily assisted in an internal project called Women in Consulting that sought to highlight the inequalities women face in the professional service industry. Deloitte also enabled her to participate in a federal government project within the Technology Strategy and Transformation team. Claire also worked at the Attorney General’s Department and learnt about policy and program delivery. 

Claire holds a Bachelor of International Relations with minors in economics and French from ANU. 

In her spare time...

Claire enjoys going hiking with her dog Peanut and hanging out with her friends by either gaming or cooking together. She also loves watching k-dramas and sitcoms.
