Deborah is a results-driven consultant focused on delivering high-quality insights and creating tangible value.
She combines analytical rigour with creative and strategic thinking to drive impactful outcomes. A trusted adviser, she excels in stakeholder engagement and turning complex challenges into actionable solutions. Her expertise spans organisational and workforce development, including change management, strategic communications, operating model, organisational design and capability uplift. Deborah has worked with clients across government and public sector, banking and financial services, manufacturing and TMT.

Influential work

  • Redesigned a corporate function within a major bank, defining a new operating model and structure through service mapping and detailed design
  • Led change communications for a government digital transformation, embedding new ways of working and supporting organisational adoption
  • Redesigned customer remediation and assurance processes for a major bank, enhancing regulatory compliance and operational efficiency through a targeted organisational redesign
  • Developed and implemented people, change and communication strategies for an international acquisition in the manufacturing sector, ensuring organisational readiness and employee support
  • Designed and delivered learning content for a TMT client as part of an SAP ERP transformation, equipping leaders and employees for new operating models and business processes

Outside of Nous

Deborah is completing a Master of Science in Management at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Media &a Communications) from the University of Sydney. 

Before joining Nous, she worked as a consultant at Ernst & Young, advising public and private sector clients. She gained experience in operating model design, organisational design, change management, learning and development, and strategic communications.

Passionate about youth mental health, Deborah was a member of the University of Sydney’s Student Mental Wellbeing Strategy Advisory Group and served as president of batyr@USYD.

In her spare time...

Deborah enjoys volunteering in her community, mentoring students and spending time with her cavoodle, Benji. She is also an avid pianist and loves collecting antique maps.
