Elaine Huynh

• Currently supporting a national evaluation of temporary aged care measures for aged care facility residents 
• Supported transformation of a government agency as part of a joint project management office that managed 10 transformation projects to drive organisational change 
• Reviewed the strategy, risk and financial frameworks of three government entities that will merge to form a new NSW Government entity
• Assisted in a review of programs and services at the interface of the aged and health care and disability systems for the Australian Government Department of Health 
• Defined the operating model transformation changes required to uplift a team’s service delivery for one of Australia’s largest electricity distribution networks. 

Elaine is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion. She co-founded Careers in Colour, a not-for-profit organisation that aims to support and empower people of colour in their careers, with a particular focus on underrepresented communities with intersecting identities. 

Before joining Nous, Elaine was a Marketing Intern at Reckitt Benckiser in the Vanish NapiSan team. She also volunteered with 180 Degrees Consulting, working with a team of other student consultants to deliver business plans for two social enterprises.  

Elaine holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in economics and marketing from the University of Sydney.
