With previous experience as a management consultant in a boutique firm, Elizabeth is confident in tailoring tools and processes to meet clients’ needs and experienced in engaging with a range of stakeholders, including C-level executives and board members. She also brings expertise in strategic planning, research and facilitation and has worked across human services, justice, housing and planning.
Influential work
- Overhauled the business model of a specialist disability accommodation provider, including through mapping the current and future state and developing a short-form strategy and theory of change that addressed disruptions in the current value chain
- Developed a growth strategy for an official sporting charity committed to mentoring young people, laying the foundations for expanding its program footprint nationally despite workforce and funding constraints
- Created the first arts and culture strategy for a regional local council with a vibrant creative community, involving significant community and industry partner engagement.
Outside of Nous
Prior to joining Nous, Elizabeth worked as a management consultant at a Melbourne-based firm that advised leaders in the for-purpose space. During this time, she worked across various industries, advising not-for-profit organisations, local governments and private companies to maximise their impact.
Elizabeth has previous experience in industries surrounding planning and the environment, working as a consultant in a boutique planning consultancy, completing a legal placement in the Land and Environment Court and volunteering with the Environmental Defenders Office. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (international relations) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Macquarie University.
In her spare time...
Elizabeth can be found outdoors on most weekends, playing sports or visiting the beach. She has committed to exploring Sydney’s cultural offerings, including food and the arts.
