He also has expertise in leadership, strategic planning and stakeholder management. Finley has worked in central and service delivery roles in the areas of emergency management, biodiversity and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Nous, Finley worked in the Victorian Public Service for seven years across three Departments. He holds and Bachelor and a Master of Science from The University of Melbourne.
Outside of work Finley can be found hanging out at his local bouldering gym with friends or getting out of town for a hike.
