Gareth Jones

•  Conducted a community review to inform the Queensland Government’s $20 million Blackall Hospital redevelopment, including consulting with stakeholders to understand community needs and identify cost-saving and value-adding opportunities
• Undertook extensive community engagement to inform development of infrastructure assets at Mitchelton State High School, including a new hall, sports court and information and technology hub facility
• Undertook a detailed financial analysis to identify the primary impacts from alternate infrastructure approaches for the University of Queensland’s Charleville Medical Training Facility
• Developed a project quality system to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of documentation control and adherence to ISO standards in a prominent Queensland engineering organisation

Gareth holds a dual degree in Engineering (Hons. 1) and Business Management from the University of Queensland. Prior to joining Nous, Gareth worked as a structural engineer and has received his chartered professional accreditation. He has undertaken mental health first aid training with St John Ambulance Queensland.

Outside of work, Gareth enjoys spending time at the movies, travelling and trying out new restaurants.
