He has worked closely with board and executive teams conducting end-to-end search, sourcing and screening of candidates for high-level recruitment processes. He engages senior executives as they consider their long-term career aspirations and establishes ongoing professional relationships. This includes clients across ASX-listed, private, government and not-for-profit entities, in particular in energy and utilities.
Harry mentors competitors in the WA Special Olympics in order to develop their leadership and public speaking capabilities. This empowers athletes to pursue their personal ambitions in sport and gives them the confidence to address organisations and the broader community, promoting awareness of the Special Olympics program and disability at large. He also volunteers as an alumni member with Nulsen Disability Services.
Harry enjoys camping and surfing in southwest Australia. Before the pandemic he spent six months living and working in British Columbia, Canada.
