• Was awarded employee recognition points for assisting a banker with completing the preparation of documents for an urgent settlement to avoid penalties
• Forecasted a yearly budget resulting in a 10% cash surplus at the end of the year
• Provided an equal opportunity for Monash University students with disabilities by assisting them in note-taking and exam scripting
• Proposed a growth strategy in line with the organisation’s vision as a global finalist for Global Consulting Group’s Management Consulting Case Competition
• Volunteered to assist in providing blankets and essential supplies to people sleeping on the streets in Melbourne CBD.

Isaac was previously an Advisor, Business Fulfilment at National Australia Bank, where he was awarded Best Performing Team Member in 2019. He was also a Transfer Pricing Intern at KPMG, where he reduced the risk of challenges from revenue authorities and advised corporations on optimising their tax strategies. Prior, he was a Legal Intern at Springvale Monash Legal Service, where he managed client intake and documentation for employment law and advised clients on claim procedures and success prospects.

Isaac holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (finance) from Monash University. While at university he was a Project Team Leader for 180 Degrees Consulting, People and Culture Officer for Impetus Consulting Group, Treasurer for the Computing and Commerce Association, Ambassador for the Monash Student Association and Marketing Officer for the University Network of Investing and Trading.

Isaac enjoys hiking and playing board games and keeping updated with financial news and investing his portfolio. He also seeks to travel more often.
