Jodi is a business transformation professional, executive advisor and change expert with two decades' experience in management consulting, financial services, people and projects.

Her global experience spans Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, UK, Europe, Asia and the US. She has extensive experience establishing transformation practices, leading complex large-scale initiatives and instilling project and change delivery best-practice in multinational organisations.

  • Established transformation, change and PMO offices in private sector multinational organisations, instilling project and change delivery and governance best-practice
  • Led the business and technology separation for a multinational private sector financial institution
  • Co-created an internal FinTech division within a multinational financial institution
  • Led an award-winning culture, leadership and diversity project to improve a multinational financial institution’s gender diversity strategy
  • Led the transformation of institutional banking, markets, payments, finance, tax, regulations, technology, private banking, lending, credit, collections, valuations and online banking functions across multinational private sector financial institutions.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Jodi led the Transformation Practice for Institutional Banking & Markets at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. She holds an Honours degree in Electrical (Information) Engineering and is certified as a Professional Program Manager (PgMP), Project Manager (PMP and Prince II) and Agile Practitioner.

In her spare time...

Jodi loves art, dance, yoga, meditation, nature and quality time with her family.
