Josie is the Learning & Development Delivery Lead, responsible for the development and delivery of Nous' Learning & Development programs and initiatives.

Josie previously worked as a project manager in Nous’ Executive and Talent Development practice.

  • Coordinated and assisted in the development and delivery of face to face training and webinars for Nous employees to help career transition milestones, including employee induction, Ready Set Go, Facilitation@Nous and Project Management Ready
  • Coordinated and assisted in the development of Nous’ Learning and development pathways, calendar and participant registrations
  • Coordinated and assisted in the development and delivery of internal personal development initiatives, including the management of an intranet site.

In previous roles Josie has managed large scale multifaceted leadership programs and online diagnostics for organisations across the public and private sector in Australia.
