• Project-managed the research and implementation of a customer relationship management system for a NFP medical research start-up, resulting in greater meaningful reporting, analysis and a donations increase  
• Assembled a cross-functional team to analyse and assess the steps needed to improve sales in a food category for a major petrol and convenience organisation, increasing revenue by 30% 
• Accessed pro-bono legal advice for a medical research NFP, ensuring funds donated could be directed to research instead of administration  
• Negotiated a smaller commission payment to a fundraising platform enabling a greater proportion of donated funds to be directed to scientific research  
• Project managed training events for a legal firm ensuring that legal and non-legal delegates delivered on their continuing professional development targets. 

Elizabeth has supported Prader-Willi Research Foundation Australia since 2019 and continues to volunteer to enable medical research to be delivered for children and adults who have this rare condition. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Art/Psychology from Macquarie University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Elizabeth enjoys swimming in ocean pools in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. She loves to get outdoors with her husband and children, especially to Barrenjoey Lighthouse on a weekend.
