She is a talented communicator proficient in translating data and research into meaningful insights. Known for her theoretically informed and innovative solutions, Margo is passionate about improving economic and social outcomes for families and communities.
Before joining Nous, Margo worked in several roles in the Queensland Government, where she led the development of evidence-based, high-quality practice and programs for youth justice. She was a winner of the Staff Excellence Award 2022. Prior to this she was a Research Fellow at the University of Queensland. Margo holds a PhD in Economics from Griffith University.
Margo can be found running agility courses with her dog, practicing Ashtanga yoga or enjoying David Attenborough’s documentaries.
