He has a strong focus on business case development, strategic planning, financial viability and economic cost-benefit analysis. He has extensive experience in liaising with all levels of government, particularly the ACT and Australian Governments. Having been a trusted advisor to the private and public sectors alike, Martin has diverse experience across the transport and infrastructure, health and human services, regional development and education sectors.
Prior to joining Nous, Martin has worked extensively across the public and private sectors, delivering evidence-based solutions for clients and stakeholders. He was central in establishing the Canberra-based Economic and Policy teams of PwC and EY. He has also worked to deliver the policy outcomes for the Department of Immigration and Sport Australia in his stints in the Australian Public Service. Most recently he supported the key delivery of community infrastructure across Canberra while working for Lockbridge.
A Chartered Accountant, Martin also holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University.
When not working, Martin indulges in his passion for music, whether that be attending live gigs or digging for rare vinyl.
