With four years of customer-facing experience across legal administration, allied health and corporate banking, she brings a cross-sectoral perspective to problem-solving. Influential work
- Implemented a resident wellbeing program at Groves House Residential Aged Care Home, including organising craft workshops, exercise classes and movie sessions, for which she received a certificate of commendation
- Supported graduate recruitment at Westpac through providing ongoing career guidance and emotional support to students and graduates, engaging in panel discussions and being featured in an article detailing her experiences as a banking graduate with a diverse academic background.
Outside of Nous
Prior to joining Nous, Meghana worked at Westpac Institutional Bank supporting relationship managers and credit analysts to execute financial transactions for the infrastructure sector. She joined Westpac as a business banking graduate, gaining credit analyst experience across property and education industry teams.
In 2020 Meghana worked as a frontline healthcare worker. As a radiographer she worked directly with patients using her operational expertise of imaging equipment to deliver diagnoses.
Meghana volunteered at Groves House Residential Aged Care Home, where she provided emotional support to elderly residents and organised activities aimed at enhancing resident wellbeing, including craft workshops, exercise classes and movie sessions. She holds a Master of Diagnostic Radiography and Bachelor of Science (human physiology) from the University of Sydney.
In her spare time...
Meghana loves spending time with family, friends and her Bordoodle, Archie. She enjoys trying different cuisines, has explored Europe and South Asia and has lived in India.
