Mitch Wake

• Led a team of 15 staff, including recruiting new staff to double headcount within a year and developing a scheduling tool and onboarding process 
• Created and maintained customer support documentation of processes, procedures and training for a telecommunications company 
• Managed a retail store, including analysing seasonal requirements and executing effective recruitment strategies as required. 

Prior to joining Nous, Mitch managed the customer support department at Pentanet, a Perth-based telecommunications company that offers industry-leading internet and cloud gaming solutions. While doubling the size of the team in 12 months he was a key stakeholder in company-wide projects.  

Mitch holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management, Economics and Human Resource Management) and a Graduate Certificate in Business Psychology from the University of Western Australia. 

Mitch loves all things pop culture, video games, gardening, reading and sport. He is an avid West Coast fan and spends far too much time playing AFL Fantasy each season.
