His academic research working with METS Ignited, CSIRO and the Queensland Parliament has instilled strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nam has worked on projects with Australian Red Cross, Trade and Investment Queensland and Wisemettac Foods Inc. He brings a strong passion for public policy and utilising research to help better the world.
Prior to joining Nous, Nam utilised his research skills in projects that had the potential to significantly affect the outcomes of many lives. He worked with the Australian Red Cross, developing a three-year strategic roadmap for the rollout of a specific tool across its community service programs. He also developed recommendations for Wismettac Foods Inc, a Japanese conglomerate, on how to leverage Queensland in the production of plant-based meats. Nam also worked on a marketing campaign strategy for World Animal Protection to reduce meat consumption.
Nam holds bachelor’s degrees in pharmacy, business and law.
Nam enjoys spending time playing video games and travelling with his partner. He has been to Bali, France, New Zealand, Vietnam, Thailand and Japan.
