With over 10 years of clinical experience, she has a special interest in aged care and understanding how to effectively manage and improve healthcare organisations and systems. Using her expertise in problem solving and her curious mindset, she builds collaborative relationships with clients to achieve value-added solutions that make a positive impact.
Phuong previously worked at PwC on projects in health and mining and also worked as a pharmacist in aged care. She is a registered pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA).
Phuong also volunteers as a youth leader for her local community and mentors allied health students at the University of Western Australia. In 2022, she was named WA Pharmacist of the Year by PSA.
Phuong holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Curtin University. She is also certified practitioner in change management and Scrum Master.
Phuong enjoys expanding her perspective by traveling around the world exploring new cultures and languages. She also watching historical documentaries and reading anything from Roman Empire history to business autobiographies.
