Rachel offers a deep understanding of how to enact change in complex systems. She works with clients to establish the conditions for ongoing improvement by developing strong working relationships, maintaining process discipline and providing timely, trusted advice to leaders.
As well as holding internal advisory and management roles in IT&T, Rachel has worked in consulting organisations in Sydney, Melbourne and Newcastle, advising clients across Australia and New Zealand.
Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration (Macquarie Graduate School of Management), a Diploma of Neuroscience of Leadership (Managerial Resource Training) and a Bachelor of Arts (Australian National University). She has level two coaching accreditation (Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership) and is a certified career path appreciation practitioner (BIOSS). She is accredited in the use of the Centre for Creative Leadership’s 360° suite, DiSC® behavioural model and Saville & Holdsworth’s occupational testing and personality instruments (including OPQ and MQ). She also holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
Rachel enjoys being outside – hiking, climbing and bouldering, camping, mountain biking, swimming, skiing or rowing – and enjoying Melbourne’s arts, culture and food.
