Early in her career as a public servant, Raffaella designed user experiences in a tax reform context and helped build design capability. In her consulting career, she led teams redesigning government policies, services and digital experiences. Raffaella thrives in fast delivery environments, leading teams to reimagine experiences through co-design. She is a strong strategic thinker and master facilitator and service designer.
Outside of Nous, Raffaella mentors the next generation of designers in Australia and overseas in their careers and in making big choices like creating a start-up. Raffaella holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Banking and Finance) and a Graduate Diploma in Modern Languages (Spanish) from the University of Canberra; degree-level courses in business administration from John Cabot University, Rome; and a Prince2 Foundations Accreditation in Project Management.
When Raffaella isn't working, she is with her two energetic boys enjoying the outdoors, travelling, reading books or watching foreign films.
