Rob works alongside senior leadership teams to set strategic direction and objectives, to make significant decisions and identify trade-offs, and to design and manage complex enterprise-wide programs.

Influential work

  • Coordinated an Australian Government cross-agency taskforce to develop a multi-year capability investment program aligned to portfolio strategy and priorities
  • Amid the pandemic, led a government corporation’s transformation program to shape service design, pricing, workforce planning, technology roadmaps, funding, commercial partnerships, operating model and culture
  • Led a collaborative client project at a government corporation to design an integrated innovation, IP and commercialisation approach based on best practices
  • Supported a consulting firm’s senior leaders from 10 countries across the Asia-Pacific to develop a 10-year market outlook and coordinated regional go-to-market strategy
  • Managed a Solvency II regulatory reform implementation team at a UK market insurer, coordinating business workstreams across actuarial, risk management and technology disciplines.

Outside of Nous

Prior to Nous, Rob worked with other top global strategy consulting firms. He has lived in the United Kingdom, France and Singapore and has travelled extensively in Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Beyond consulting, Rob is passionate about entrepreneurship and has advised several early-stage companies on business model design, disruptive technology trends and growth strategies.

Rob studied for his undergraduate degrees at the Australian National University in Canberra and earned his MBA from INSEAD on campus in France and Singapore.

Rob enjoys spending time with his family (wife, two daughters and a Lagotto) at the beach on the New South Wales South Coast.
