Sarah Connelly

• Led a large, multi-year program advising a leading human services provider on a substantial transformation, including the vision, governance, strategy, structure, target operating model, change management and culture and capability required to deliver its ambitious agenda
• Designed and delivered a large transformation program for a Group of Eight university to improve the efficiency of all non-academic functions; delivering sustained savings of over $35m per annum without redundancies
• Worked with a large government-owned enterprise to identify and quantify strategic options and develop the whole-of-organisation target operating model, business case for transformation and related implementation plan, resulting in a turnaround from projected loss to healthy dividend
• Developed an award-winning global culture change and leadership capability improvement program, now being delivered to more than 5,000 leaders worldwide, for a large Australian mining company
• Customised a change delivery approach for a state government, integrating seamlessly and building change capability across the public sector.

Before joining Nous, Sarah was a senior manager in PwC’s strategy practice. She has a Master of Business Administration (Professional) from Melbourne Business School (MBS) and was awarded the MBS Foundation Award of Distinction.
