Influential work

  • Worked in close collaboration with IDEO Design Team using IDEO’s Design Thinking methodology during a placement at IDEO Munich. This involved brainstorming and conceptualisation using hand sketching and high-fidelity designs using complex 2D and 3D modelling and mentoring other designers.
  • Lead designer for multiple projects that obtained accolades such as the Good Design Awards, Red Dot Awards in Germany and the Australian Good Design Team of the Year 2021 at Blackmagic Design.
  • Introduced design thinking and human-centred design to GME by leading design processes all through production, instilled the practice of learning and iterating with prototyping and developed relationships with offshore suppliers.
  • Established the first in-house design department at Cardboard Box company by leading the design and ideation process and manufacture of various packaging design solutions. This bridged the gap between aesthetics and manufacturability
