Sophie Dwyer

• Delivered a new local government regulatory framework to guide internal government processes and procedures, with a supporting tool to assist regulatory non-compliance decision making
• Developed a grant program decision-making tool for a large government organisation to assist with day-to-day management processes
• Assisted in a review of water safety programs to ensure operations and service delivery is contemporary and fit-for-purpose.

Through university, Sophie worked in the education sector, including with an EdTech start-up to provide English courses to primary schools in China and Japan and with the University of Melbourne in the student services team. She also volunteers with Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Politics and International Studies, Media and Communications) from the University of Melbourne and is undertaking a Graduate Certificate in Data Science from Edith Cowan University.

Sophie enjoys playing water polo and swimming at the beach and in the pool. She is also an avid reader, usually speeding through a book a week.
