With an educational background in statistical theory, data analysis and physiology, he provides a diverse viewpoint on client problems. Sumanth has worked with ed-tech start-ups, schools, non-government organisations, SaaS companies and hospitals across Asia and New Zealand. He is passionate about reducing inequities in the health and education sectors.
Sumanth handled data for the Auckland City Hospital Trauma Department for two years as a freelancer, learning the patient management process and how clinical settings function. He also interned at an ed-tech start-up in Bangalore, India; working on strategy and development; and at an IT-Service (SaaS) start-up, working on expanding its business in the Australia-New Zealand market through sales.
Sumanth holds a Bachelor of Science (statistics and data analytics) from University of Auckland.
Sumanth enjoys playing Badminton, reading and travelling in his spare time.
