• Delivered recommendations on streamlining and transforming the recruitment process of a local not-for-profit organisation, securing a 40% discount on an applicant tracking system
• Conducted an in-depth study on welfare indicators of rodents in neuropsychiatric research to provide recommendations on how to align Australia with current global animal welfare standards
• Developed a report studying the dental-practitioner-to-patient ratio across all Australian suburbs and outlined the implications that this has on accessibility to dental healthcare.

Tram’s customer experience spans industries such as hospitality, retail and healthcare. She spent more than four years in community and hospital pharmacy. Tram has also volunteered in varying roles for several organisations. This included being a Migration Support Officer at the Red Cross, providing first aid services with St John of God Event Services; and mentoring high school students with STEM aspirations for AspireUWA.

Tram holds a Master of Biomedical Science (neuroscience) and a Bachelor of Science, (anatomy and human biology) from the University of Western Australia.

Tram enjoys writing songs and playing guitar and piano. She has published two poetry books and enjoys interior decorating and spending time with her rabbits.
