We are pleased to announce the appointment of leadership development specialist Dr Peter Collins as a Principal in our Melbourne office. Peter is skilled in facilitation, leadership development and cultural transformation, driven by integrity and ethics.

Peter has worked with private and public sector organisations in Australia, the UK, Europe, South America and Asia. He was previously a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he worked extensively with ANZ, BHP, Wesfarmers Insurance, the Department of Defence and the Department of Environment. Peter was Director of the Vincent Fairfax Fellowship in Ethical Leadership from 2009 to 2021. He lectures at the University of Oxford, HEC Paris and business schools in Frankfurt and Warsaw.
