Her experience spans public health strategy and policy, patient experience, translational research, cancer control, health service design and evaluation, and population health. Heidi has worked on operating model design and cultural change projects to build leadership and capability in health care organisations.
Heidi previously worked on patient experience and health care business plan projects in the Middle East, including for the operational commissioning of the Cleveland Clinic in Abu Dhabi. She worked for a decade in Australian cancer control, including overseeing national cancer control portfolios for rural and Indigenous communities. And she worked for the UK healthcare regulator on improvement and compliance in the National Health Service and private sector.
Heidi holds a Master of Public Health (Global Health Policy) from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology (Health Psychology) and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Sociology) from the University of Wollongong.
Heidi enjoys spending time on art and design, mostly ceramics; and recharges through films, music, yoga, cooking and coffee, and spending time with her family.
