Debra has spent the last five years working as a Team Personal Assistant for the US tax team of a well-reputed tax and accountancy firm.
She is a switched-on and driven team player who thrives working within a fast-paced environment. Debra brings a wealth of experience and strongly believes that attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a good sense of humour are an imperative part of the job.

Influential work

  • Developed and managed a new revenue stream for the company, involving implementing new processes, leading all client-facing communication and preparing all relevant correspondence and forms on behalf of the client
  • Assisted in the project management of mounting several West End- and UK-touring musical productions, including high-level budgeting, planning and operational support
  • Whilst working on Chicago the Musical, was responsible for managing all corporate gigs to which the production was invited, including taking a company of 50 to perform in Marrakech for two consecutive New Year’s celebrations and coordinating a two-week trip to Hong Kong for the cast to take part in a Christmas festival.

Outside of Nous

Prior to her last role, Debra spent 14 years working in project and administration management within the theatre industry, starting with a year spent working on Broadway shows before moving to London to work in the West End.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (professional language studies) from Leeds Metropolitan University, including a year spent at Universite Claude Bernard in Lyon, France.

In her spare time...

Debra is an avid theatre-goer, loves going for long dog walks and cooking for anyone who will let her. She loves singing and takes part in several choirs.
