Hsiao Nee has extensive experience as a business development and marketing professional gained through working at consulting firms that serve clients across diverse sectors.

She is interested in understanding human behaviour and passionate about applying her psychology background ethically in a commercial context. This combination of skills and experience have also equipped her with strong problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a sound understanding of different qualitative and quantitative research techniques.

Proposed neuroscience-based solutions for ASX100 clients related to their diversity and inclusion, leadership and culture challenges
Updated and further developed an existing learning program around inclusion to increase learning interactions and shift individuals’ behaviours
Created and implemented a detailed marketing plan to guide a consulting business’ marketing strategy.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Hsiao Nee was a Client Solutions Associate within the commercial team of a neuroscience-based human capital consulting firm. Previously, she was a Business Development and Marketing Coordinator at a process safety and risk management consulting company.

Hsiao Nee holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from The University of Melbourne.
