She has experience in public health promotion and has worked as a clinical dietitian in private practice and for National Disability Insurance Scheme participants. Julie is interested in healthy aging, chronic disease prevention and population health.

Outside of Nous

Prior to Nous, Julie worked in the disability sector for more than three years. She completed her Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sport Science) and Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Sydney in 2021 and has since worked as an Accredited Practising Dietitian in the private and disability sectors, serving diverse communities in Western Sydney. She has also led public health promotion programs for NSW Health to educate at-risk children and their families on creating lifestyle changes and the benefits of healthy eating and physical activity.

In her spare time...

Julie enjoys travelling, being active outdoors and finding new hikes and waterfalls to explore. When there is rain, she enjoys bouldering and rock climbing indoors with friends.
