Paris is a public policy consultant with a focus on supporting clients across the health and human services sectors, including regulators.
She is skilled at conducting rigorous stakeholder engagement and triangulating insights against data analysis to produce robust recommendations to both public and private clients. Paris is also experienced working closely with client teams to smoothly project manage sensitive pieces of work to secure successful outcomes.

Influential work

  • Conducted a comprehensive review of clinical placements in Victorian public health settings to produce recommendations to improve the planning, funding and delivery of clinical placements to ensure high quality student experience and a pipeline of future healthcare workers
  • Developed a funding diversification strategy and action plan for a large charity to improve financial sustainability and service offering to victim survivors of domestic and family violence
  • Produced a 3-5 year strategic plan for a not-for-profit focused on delivering health literacy sessions to migrants, refugees and asylum seekers
  • Produced three safety-strategies, a monitoring compliance and enforcement strategy, and cross-jurisdictional review for a state-based transport regulator
  • Conducted framework analysis on a large set of qualitative data to produce a thematic report and community profiles that defensibly reflects the views of First Nations people on a sensitive policy intervention

Outside of Nous

Prior to Nous, Paris worked as an Associate at TG Public Affairs, one of Australia's largest political consultancy firms. She provided briefing material to clients on the political, competitor and policy landscape, as well as strategic recommendations to support client outcomes.

In her spare time...

Paris enjoys reading, Pilates and beach walks. She also loves to travel, and has lived in Korea, India and China.
