Sandra Lin

Sandra is a Registered Psychologist who has a passion and curiosity for people, their interactions in the workplace and the technology around them.

With a background in organisational psychology, she approaches her work with a people-focused and evidence-based mindset. She brings experience from her work on leadership and culture, usability and people data analytics projects.

Influential work

Supported the end-to-end delivery of stakeholder engagement work reviewing a historically significant group-wide program
Supported the creation of standardised interview guides across business offerings of a professional services firm to improve consistency and overall interviewer and interviewee experience
Contributed to the business development and website usability of a psychoeducation start-up
Conducted a diversity, inclusion and equity audit of a not-for-profit organisation, making recommendations to improve future recruitment processes.

Outside of Nous

Before joining Nous, Sandra completed work placements across a range of financial services, consulting and start-up organisations. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Queensland and a Master of Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University. She is also an Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency-registered Provisional Psychologist.
