Tim currently leads Nous Group Canada. He is an expert in higher education strategy, operating model design, budget model change and implementation, and transformation leadership.

Supported the design, led engagements and managed the delivery teams of several multi-year transformation programs at Canadian universities, in support service effectiveness and operational efficiency
Lead reviewer of five government mandated efficiency and accountability reviews of Ontario post-secondary institutions
Led the design and supported implementation of a shared services centre at a large Canadian university
Supported a U15 university implement major budget model change, including support for budget process, policy and procedure changes
Lead the strategic planning process to develop a leading post-secondary institution’s 5-year strategic plan
Led operational reviews and process redesign across many core university functions, including procure-to-pay, budgeting and reporting, research administration, recruitment and onboarding
Advised the Alberta government on the impacts transitioning to a new auto-insurance model
Advised a Canadian university on its international student pricing strategy and approach

Prior to Nous, Tim worked at the University of Melbourne in a variety of roles, including as an internal consultant. Tim’s first career was a professional orchestral musician.

Tim enjoys good food and wine, particularly from Spain, where he met his wife. Most days he can be found chasing his young daughter around the wonderful parks and playgrounds of his Toronto neighbourhood.
