Yolande Robertson

Yolande has extensive experience in the public, academic and not-for-profit sectors across Australia, the United States and the Asia Pacific.

Focused on public health, she has led project and policy implementation at the local and state levels. Yolande is skilled at managing complex projects and is a strong collaborator who enjoys building relationships to deliver outcomes for clients.

Influential work

Designed and implemented a large state government investment to increase access to affordable fertility treatment
Managed a team in the Lung Screening Program in the largest hospital system in New York during the COVID-19 pandemic
Led an assessment of the access to water, sanitation and hygiene in maternal health facilities in rural Cambodia, with results presented at the World Health Assembly 2015.

Outside of Nous

Yolande previously worked in a policy unit at the NSW Ministry of Health leading the women’s health portfolio, where she led large-scale initiatives to ensure access to health services for women across NSW.

Yolande began her career focussed on international development and global health. She has been fortunate to work in countries including Bangladesh, Cambodia and Timor-Leste.
