Brenden is a leader in public sector innovation with extensive experience in strategy, engagement, human-centred design, transformation and change. He has led complex projects in higher education, city planning, waste and resource recovery, and visitor services. Brendan previously led CityLab, an in-house innovation and change consultancy at the City of Melbourne. A skilled facilitator, Brenden is recognised for bringing optimistic and unique perspectives to co-create new strategies, services and ways of working. He is passionate about cities and their unique role leading the world to more sustainable futures.

Paul brings to Nous his extensive experience in senior roles across the Victorian health system, ranging from clinical governance and operations through to people management, research and commercialisation. He will support government, private and not-for-profit clients across the health sector to advance their agenda. He values robust governance and organisational structure while also thinking outside the box, and led the development of major innovations during the COVID-19 pandemic. An educator for more than a decade, Paul has been invited to dozens of conferences and workshops as a presenter, facilitator and panelist. He serves as an Adjunct Professor at Victoria University.
